Shipping

How long does my order take to ship?

Once you place your order, it will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

If an item is a preorder, it will ship as soon as we have it available.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is a flat $8. Orders over $200 ship free within the United States.

Express shipping is $35 and arrives in 1 to 2 business days. The $35 rate applies to every order regardless of value, so free shipping over $200 covers standard shipping only.

Standard and free shipping orders are sent with the most economical carrier available at the time of shipping, usually FedEx Ground Saver, UPS Ground Saver or USPS.

Requesting a specific carrier

You are welcome to request a specific carrier at checkout. If that carrier costs more than the shipping rate you paid, we will email you an invoice for the difference before your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States at this time. We can sometimes ship internationally on a case by case basis, so feel free to reach out before ordering and we will let you know what we can do.

Lost packages

We are not responsible for items marked delivered by the carrier and confirmed with a tracking number. Lost packages after delivery are not our responsibility.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order, by email to shop@meadowcollective.com or through our contact form. Approved cancellations can be issued as full online store credit, or refunded to your original payment method less a 10% cancellation fee.

After 24 hours we are not able to cancel an order. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Returns

Items are eligible for exchange or online store credit within 30 days of your delivery date. You can return by mail through our returns portal or in store at our Pinecrest shop. See our full return policy for details.
