ORDERS

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

As long as your order hasn’t shipped, yes. If you haven’t received an email that your order has shipped yet, you can always contact us to inquire about changing your order.

Why was my order cancelled?

While it’s uncommon, it is possible for products to become out of stock. If this does happen, we will notify you within 24-48 hours regarding the cancellation and issue you a refund. If your order contains additional items, we will still ship them as normal.


What do I do if I received a damaged or defective item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we’ll help you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

All orders placed before 12pm EST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. During high-volume sales periods, it may take us longer.

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you don’t receive an email, check your Spam or Updates folders and add shop@meadowcollective.com to your safe sender list.


Do you have offer international shipping?

International shipping is offered on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly for more information.

Something I bought went on sale the next day - Can I still use the promo code?

Unfortunately, promo codes cannot be used on previous purchases. Be sure to join our mailing list to receive all of our sales and promotions.


How do I use a promo code?

After adding your items to your shopping bag, continue to checkout. At checkout, enter the promo code in the field labeled “promo code” and click Apply. Your promotion code will be applied to your order and reflected under your order total. If you’ve followed a link during a sale or promotion, your code might already be loaded into your checkout. 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Do you ofter refunds?

While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for online store credit or exchange ONLY.

Why don’t you offer refunds?

We are a small team here at Meadow Collective and we cannot currently offer refunds, however, we are constantly getting new products into the shop, and we will be happy to help you find something that you love in exchange. Please note, store credit never expires, so if you don’t see something just yet that you want to exchange your item for, you can take your time in making your choice for your exchange.
