Care and Maintenance:
Brass, bronze and copper naturally tarnish. We do not seal our bronze, brass or copper. Moisture will accelerate the natural patina (tarnish or coloring) process. There are several techniques available to remove patina and re shine your bronze, brass or copper products - if that is your preference.
- To clean: simply rub gently with lime/lemon juice and salt, rinse, dry with a soft cloth. Alternately you can use "Barkeepers Friend" or "Bon Ami".
- To shine: use commercial brass and copper polishing compounds such as "Brasso" or silver polish.

Returns
Orders placed on meadowcollective.com are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving the order. Certain items are not eligible, please read entire policy for all details.
While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for online store credit or exchange.
We cannot guarantee the style, color or size you'd like to exchange at the time of your return, but if you email us prior to returning your item, we'd be happy to check inventory for you and put it aside if availability permits.
Please mail back your item(s) with a trackable shipping service (we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages). Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note:

Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Any items that have been washed - even if following wash instructions - are not eligible for return. We are not responsible for washed items. But you can contact us if you have an issue and we'd be happy to help.
