Shipping

How long does my order take to ship?

Once you place your order, it will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

If an item is a preorder, it will ship as soon as we have it available.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is a flat $8. Orders over $200 ship free within the United States.

Express shipping is $35 and arrives in 1 to 2 business days. The $35 rate applies to every order regardless of value, so free shipping over $200 covers standard shipping only.

Standard and free shipping orders are sent with the most economical carrier available at the time of shipping, usually FedEx Ground Saver, UPS Ground Saver or USPS.

Requesting a specific carrier

You are welcome to request a specific carrier at checkout. If that carrier costs more than the shipping rate you paid, we will email you an invoice for the difference before your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States at this time. We can sometimes ship internationally on a case by case basis, so feel free to reach out before ordering and we will let you know what we can do.

Lost packages

We are not responsible for items marked delivered by the carrier and confirmed with a tracking number. Lost packages after delivery are not our responsibility.

Returns

Orders placed on meadowcollective.com are eligible for exchange or online store credit within 30 days of your delivery date. We do not issue refunds on returns. You can return by mail or in store.

Return by mail

Mail returns are handled through our returns portal. Request your return label there within 14 days of delivery. This is the fastest route and gives your package time to reach us inside the 30-day window. If you are past 14 days but still within 30, email shop@meadowcollective.com and we will set up your return manually.

If you added Free Returns and Package Protection at checkout, your return label is covered. If you did not, you can purchase a return label in the portal. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please send your return with the label issued through the portal. It is already addressed and trackable, which lets us match your return to your order and process it quickly.

Your item must arrive at our shop within 30 days of your delivery date. Returns that arrive after 30 days will not be accepted. Unaccepted returns can be shipped back to you at your expense, or picked up from our Pinecrest store. We hold unclaimed items for 30 days.

Return in store

You are welcome to bring your online order to our shop at 8245 SW 124th Street, Pinecrest, FL 33156 within 30 days of your delivery date. We are open Wednesday to Saturday, 12pm to 5pm. Please bring your order confirmation or packing slip. Returning in store costs you nothing in shipping, and we can process your store credit or exchange while you are there. The same return conditions and final sale list apply.

Return conditions

• Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached.
• Items that have been washed are not eligible for return, even if wash instructions were followed. If you have an issue, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
• Items must be in new, unworn condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or store credit for items that are damaged or show signs of wear.
• If a customer returns more than 10 items within a 12-month period, or if returns represent an unusually high share of their orders, we reserve the right to decline future returns at our discretion.

Exchanges

Exchanges are self-serve through our returns portal. Choose the item you would like instead, and if it is in stock it will be reserved for you once you complete your exchange. At that point you pay any price difference plus shipping for the new item. Your exchange is sent out after we receive and process your return.

Shipping on your new item applies to every exchange, including orders that added Free Returns and Package Protection. That add-on covers your return label only.

Store credit

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return and email your online store credit within 2 to 3 business days. Store credit can be used toward any future online purchase at meadowcollective.com.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order, by email to shop@meadowcollective.com or through our contact form. Approved cancellations can be issued as full online store credit, or refunded to your original payment method less a 5% payment processing fee. Just let us know which you prefer.

After 24 hours we are not able to cancel an order. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled. If your order has shipped, you are welcome to return it under our standard 30 day return policy for exchange or online store credit.

Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged in any way, please email shop@meadowcollective.com and we will take care of it.

Refused deliveries

If you refuse an order after it has been delivered, you will be charged return shipping. Refusing an order is not free; the carrier charges the sender.

Non-refundable charges

Package Protection charges and shipping charges are not refundable once a package has shipped.
