Our goal is to retain the abundance of natural antioxidants often lost in traditional roasts. These preserved nutrients are essential, as they help protect against cell damage and inflammation, which are often the root of chronic illness.

Returns
Orders placed on meadowcollective.com are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be post marked within the two week time frame from the date of delivery.

If item is damaged in anyway when you receive item please feel free to reach out so we can take care of it.
Certain items are not eligible, please read entire policy for all details.
We are not responsible for items after they have been delivered to customer and confirmed with tracking number. Lost packages after delivery are not our responsibility.
While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for online store credit or exchange.
If you would like to exchange, you can easily pick your new item through the return portal and it will be sent after we receive and process your return.
Please mail back your item(s) with the label you receive through the portal. If you purchased redo at checkout they will cover your return label, if not, you will be able to purchase your own label through the return portal.
Please note:

Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Any items that have been washed - even if following wash instructions - are not eligible for return. We are not responsible for washed items. But you can contact us if you have an issue and we'd be happy to help.
- If item is damaged in anyway we reserve the right to refuse exchange or store credit. Item must be in New perfect unworn condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). If customer has returned merchandise more than 5 times in total, we can deny a return based on the circumstances of the return and exchange.

No returns or exchanges on Sale items. All sale or discounted items are final sale.

If you refuse an order after it has been delivered to you you will be charged return shipping. Refusing an order is not free, the sender (us) will be charged by the shipping carrier.
- If you cancel an order before we ship we will refund to your card minus 10% due to the fact that we still have cc fees and Shopify charges regardless of refund.
- Package Protection charges and shipping charges are not refundable once package has shipped.
