By mixing fully vegan recipes with a few egg and pescatarian dishes, this book is a great first stepping stone on the road to plant-based eating. Marie Reginato, the popular food blogger wrote this book with the intention to show people that vegan food can be just as wonderful and delicious as meat-based dishes and that you don’t have to completely give up animal products to enjoy plant-based meals. Plus, I’ve tried a few recipes in this book, and I can attest that they live up to the hype.
